What happens next

We process opt-outs within 15 business days and do not ask you to verify your identity for them. For requests to access, correct or delete information, we verify your identity by matching the details you give us with our records, and we respond within the time the law requires, generally 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request for you; we may ask for proof of their authorization. If you submit a new estimate request after opting out, you are asking us to share that request with Partners so they can contact you.
